Kuraray Europe GmbH, a supplier of Hydrogenated Styrenic Block Copolymers and other Specialty Materials, will raise the prices of SEPTON™, HYBRAR™ and TU-Polymer for all market segments in Europe effective October 1, 2009.

    EUR 0.15 per Kg

Worldwide supply shortage of C4 and C5 chemicals such as Butadiene and Isoprene as well as those price increases resulted in the rapid escalation of costs to produce these specialty high performance materials. It is necessary to recover a portion of those increases to ensure ongoing supply and new product innovation.

This price increase will be in effect for all shipments on and after October 1, 2009. Other terms and conditions are unchanged.
